Job Summary
• The Onboarding Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple complex operational processes, implementing strategic optimizations, and acting as an advisor to sales teams and management. The role leverages domain expertise to improve efficiency, define and monitor KPIs, and drive technology solutions for automation. The role leads change initiatives, provides regular reports to senior management, and mentors junior team members for professional development.

Responsibilities
• Oversees multiple end-to-end complex operational processes while identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for optimizing operational processes in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Acts as an advisor to the sales team and management to drive effective business outcomes by offering support in interpreting complex analyses and refining deliverables.
• Utilizes domain expertise to identify, analyze, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operational processes and takes corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of operational processes, procedures, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Evaluates, recommends, and implements technology solutions to enhance process automation and efficiency.
• Leads change initiatives within the organization, ensuring that process changes are smoothly adopted by all stakeholders.
• Provides regular reports and updates to senior management on the status, performance, and improvements related to operational processes.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members for their professional development and skill enhancement.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $110,350 to $162,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
