We’re looking for an experienced retail leader to join us as Omni-Channel District Manager, leading retail operations across multiple stores in your district. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive sales growth, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across all channels.

About the Job

You’ll shape the Levi’s brand in-store, maintain high standards of presentation, and align your teams with company objectives. Expect a dynamic role where you’ll lead strategy, inspire store managers, and collaborate across functions to deliver results. Travel may reach up to 80%.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive performance: Develop and implement strategies to grow apparel sales and meet targets; monitor trends and take corrective action quickly.
  • Lead and inspire: Coach and guide store managers, fostering a culture of responsiveness and accountability.
  • Champion omni-channel: Oversee execution of Retail, Loyalty and Omnichannel initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong teams: Recruit, train and develop talent; create an engaged, inclusive and high-performing workforce.
  • Optimise operations: Manage staffing plans, payroll targets and labour costs; ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
  • Collaborate for impact: Partner with marketing and VM teams to deliver campaigns and maintain commercially relevant visual standards.
  • Communicate effectively: Ensure policies, procedures and training are consistently understood across the market.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or similar preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in retail store management, ideally in apparel or fashion.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage teams and optimise operations.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and commercial acumen; expert in P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and build strong business relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
