Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

  • Provide technical and operational direction and guidance to craft labor in support of OIC service delivery.
  • Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
  • Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
  • Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
