Job Purpose:
This role will be supporting the value streams at Jamshoro in production supervise of production process of assigned production zone (manufacturing or packaging work centers assigned with specific span of control) for safe, compliant and efficient production output as per production schedule in shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and confirm daily operational set-up on assigned line/Production work center/manufacturing suite and operate with compliance to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs) and defined GMP/EHS standards.
Perform autonomous maintenance of assigned line/equipment including ancillaries, that includes all first touch trouble shooting and technical maintenance.
Real time and correct batch documentation and associated GMP documents in accordance with data integrity principles.
Responsible maintain 5S in assigned zone. Perform equipment/area cleaning/washing including GMP cleaning/washing and maintain cleanliness of line, hygiene.
Timely report and escalate all quality/safety deviations, incidents, events, near misses, problems, issues in accordance with site SOPs. Conduct root cause analysis and prepare Corrective and Preventive actions for all such problems in assigned zone(s), line, work center.
Participate in Tier-1 (Line level performance management meeting) and track the hourly board with defined KPIs.
Perform all steps of line clearance and product change over as per production plan of assigned line (s).
Identify opportunities reduce Quality defects (Deviations, BDEs) and production breakdown and reduction of waste (hazardous & non-hazardous).
Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.
Skills & Competencies:
1.5 years of experience
DAE or Equivalent Technical Education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics
Technical understanding of Manufacturing and Packaging Equipment
