Your New Role…

Join Wall to Wall and Twenty Twenty as an Office Production Team Assistant, supporting senior production personnel and ensuring the smooth running of a busy production office. You’ll provide administrative support across development, production, and post-production, while maintaining our back catalogue and assisting with day-to-day operations.

This is an office-based role, and you will be required to work from our London office four days a week.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Manage diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior production staff.

  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, visitors, and calls.

  • Process expenses and credit card reconciliations for multiple individuals.

  • Assist with development shoots, call sheets, and travel bookings.

  • Organise TX cards and maintain contact lists for internal and external communications.

  • Update company profiles on IMDB, Wikipedia, and internal systems.

  • Handle archiving, retrieval, and destruction of files and rushes.

  • Maintain the back catalogue and manage production deliverables.

  • Keep the London office organised and liaise with Facilities and IT teams.

  • Support onboarding of new staff and maintain H&S training records.

Qualification & Experience…

  • Proven experience in a television production environment.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Zoom/Teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently.

  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and solution driven.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • Flexible approach to workload and deadlines, including occasional late working.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and social media experience (advantageous).

  • Familiarity with filming kit (advantageous).

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
