The Role

The PH Office Manager ensures the smooth and compliant operation of Domain/CoStar Group’s Philippine office. They oversee office experience, facilities, and vendor management while maintaining compliance with local regulations and safety standards. This role fosters a productive, safe, and engaging workplace that supports both employees and business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

The PH Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of Domain/CoStar Group’s Philippine office and legal entity. This position provides strategic and hands-on leadership across office management, facilities, vendor governance, and regulatory compliance, including business continuity planning and occupational safety programs. The role serves as the primary liaison between local operations and global teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and local governance requirements. Through effective risk management, operational oversight, and employee engagement initiatives, the Office Manager upholds business continuity, legal integrity, and a positive, high-performing workplace culture across all Philippine operations.

About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in office management, facilities operations, or business administration, ideally in a multinational environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine compliance and governance requirements (BIR, SEC, DOLE, LGU, PEZA, Fire Safety).

  • Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and procurement processes effectively.

  • Experience implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Business Continuity (BCP) programs.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Safety Officer certification preferred.
