Office Manager

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the operations of the front office, includes answering phones, greeting and assisting visitors, distributing mail, updating staff directory, and maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and other staff
  • Schedule and organize meetings
  • Record and maintain meeting minutes
  • Manage leaderships schedules, calendars, and appointments as requested

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) including the ability to learn and implement new systems
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited higher education institution
