Key Responsibilities: 


We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to join our EMEA-wide People and Operations Team. Based in The Hague, with regular travel to Zwolle and remote support for our Stockholm serviced office. In this role, you will champion an outstanding employee experience across multiple sites and teams, helping to build a strong, positive office culture. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to ensuring the smooth running of our back office.

You will need a strong sense of teamwork, working with the wider People and Operations Team and various departments to guarantee a flawless employee experience, from candidate to new hire, employee journey to offboarding, you will be there each step of the way. As well as being a key contact person for our globally located supporting functions to bridge the regional operations with the global strategy.  

What your day to day will look like:  

  • Ensure impeccable attention to detail in office set-up, presentation, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and guests in your regions.
  • Support EMEA teams alongside Office Operations colleagues.
  • Act as a liaison between AvePoint and vendors, suppliers, and building management.
  • Manage executive travel and coordinate internal events as required.
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate smooth onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Organise and oversee cultural and team-building events to foster a happy and professional workplace.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Other qualities we will be seeking for this role include: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role working for a dynamic and fast-moving company.
  • You’re a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude. 
  • You demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You’re a self-starter with high motivation to see things through to completion.
  • You have business level Dutch and English language skills, AvePoint’s business language is English, so all internal communications are conducted in English.
