As an Office Manager and Employee Experience Associate, you'll energize the everyday experience of our teams by keeping our workspaces efficient, functional, and ready for action. You'll be the go-to person for office operations, ensuring everything from supply stocking to workspace setup runs like clockwork. Whether guiding new hires through their first day or bringing internal events to life, you'll help foster an environment where people feel welcome, supported, and set up to do their best work.
What You'll Do
Manage daily office operations to maintain an efficient, well-organized workplace.
Serve as the primary contact for all facility-related inquiries and vendor coordination.
Maintain and restock office supplies, equipment, and common areas.
Welcome new hires with guided office tours and prepare desks and workstation.
Design inviting, functional spaces that reflect our team culture and enhance productivity.
Plan and execute internal events from concept through completion, including logistics, vendor coordination, and follow-ups.
Bachelor's degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
At least 2 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or related fields.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A hands-on, proactive mindset with a readiness to jump in and solve problems.
Ability to adjust to changing priorities, schedules, and environments.
Experienced in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of office systems such as access control and desk booking tools.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
