About this Opportunity:
As an Office Facilities Administrator, you will perform and oversee the general office administrative functions along with equipment and facilities maintenance for the organization. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For Internal and External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations: Sacramento, CA.
In this role, you'll get to:
Serve as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and applicants.
Checks in visitors, manages and maintains visitor log
Answer phones, respond to internal communication, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Keeps third party account details current and up to date such as UPS, Amazon, etc.
Perform administrative and clerical support tasks including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, orders new supplies as needed
Keep common areas fully stocked and organized
Interface with appropriate staff/managers to receive information regarding facilities’ needs; ensures timely response to requests
Act as a liaison to alert property management to issues
Coordinate activities like waste disposal, building security etc.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Run frequent errands
Go into our Sacramento office location as this role is not a remote position
Perform other related duties as assigned
We're looking for talent who:
Has strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Has basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
Possess basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained or know who to contact to schedule repairs
Is a creative, flexible, and innovative team player
Has ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Is versatile, flexible, and has a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Demonstrates ability to plan and organize projects
Has minimum of a High School diploma
Possess current driver’s license and current insurance required
Has minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
