General Description:
Under general supervision, performs professional Occupational Therapy activities consisting of planning, evaluating, establishing and implementing individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: None
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: Licensure in the State of Oklahoma by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as an Occupational Therapist OR eligible to sit for the exam, license must be obtained
within six (6) months of employment, BLS upon hire
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the principles and practices of professional occupational therapy and the materials and supplies utilized in the program. Skill in organizing and instructing occupational therapy activities. Ability to interpret prescriptions related to therapy needed. Good interpersonal skills in establishing effective working relations with staff. Ability to communicate instructions and technical information to patients. Some computer skills.
