Job Description: 

Liquid Personnel is looking for a fully qualified Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Social Care team in Wolverhampton. This role focuses on delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to support independence and safety at home.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Complete aids and adaptations assessments for service users.
  • Develop and implement plans for major adaptations in line with statutory requirements.
  • Prescribe and recommend major adaptations to meet individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with housing teams, contractors, and other professionals to ensure timely delivery of adaptations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Proven experience in aids and adaptations within social care.
  • Essential experience in planning and prescribing major adaptations.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
