Nurse Practitioner – NYP Brooklyn Medical Group – OB-GYN
This is a full time 37.5-hour work week Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month schedule. Must be available for on-call coverage as needed. Travel will be required throughout various locations: 340 4th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11215 (2 day a week); 50 Court Street (3 day a week) Brooklyn, NY 11201; and in future we will have 38 6th Avenue (1 day a week) Brooklyn, NY 11217.
Preferred Criteria
National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Women’s Health or Family Practice
1-2 years GYN experience
Required Criteria
BSN
Master’s Degree in specialty of practice or completed alternative certification requirements for graduates of nurse practitioner programs prior to April 1,1989
Current NYS RN license
Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license
Basic Life Support Certification for all Nurse Practitioners who provide direct patient care
