North America Logistics Execution Program Manager

NVIDIA has an incredible opportunity in our Global Logistics Execution team to run and optimize our logistics workflows. The Logistics Execution Program Manager directs and manages in transit performance to ensure high quality service delivery for Nvidia’s global logistics network.

This position will drive the latest technology to predict & mitigate service disruptions to ensure high quality service delivery to our customers. The Manager of Logistics Execution leads all aspects of partner relationships, performance, and programs for continuous improvement. This is an outstanding individual contributor role responsible for building the future in transit logistics execution platform to enable Nvidia’s growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for the management of the logistics execution operational programs and projects, and partner performance.

  • Setting of goals and performance objectives, and monitoring and adjusting as needed to achieve required results. Drives activities within Logistics to assure peak performance, operations efficiency, and productivity.

  • Develop and deliver programs and projects from inception to close-out, on time and within scope and budget. Manage and maintain cost-effective delivery of all services.

  • Develop recommendations and presentations to Executive Management on matters pertaining to operational changes, rule and process updates, incident investigation and response, long term strategies, and engineering project operations impacts.

  • Lead the development of logistics programs, including building out future AI/automation capability. Assist in managing logistics, implementation sequence and schedules, testing, training, and operations for replacement or modification projects for command center technical systems.

  • Collaborate in the development, implementation, and administration of business continuity plans (accidents, emergencies, service disruptions, inclement weather, natural disasters, and special events) and business continuity related communication for internal and external partners.

  • Evaluate, develop, recommend, and communicate new or revised policies, programs and procedures that impact cross functional operations, including policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), communication protocols, and business processes.

  • Keep current with industry guidelines including consistent SOP application and usage, development of Key Performance Indicators and reporting.

What we need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, ideally within the high-tech or semiconductor industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and partners.

  • Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and initiative in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • Deep analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and prioritization skills to manage multiple programs and deadlines.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4, and 160,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.
