We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Non-technical Project Manager to support site operations and administration at our Romania location.
This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of internal operational and administrative projects at Intel Romania.
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the leadership and engineering teams.
  • Organize internal events and visits.
  • Point of contact for local suppliers and internal support departments.
  • Maintains relationship with Romanian Finance and Labor authorities.
  • Applies knowledge of one or more business areas/domains to plan, monitor, drive projects tied to development, implementation or upgrade of organization's processes, resources, and possibly operational areas including people operations.
  • Monitors project's progress, resolves dependencies, evaluates risks, and communicates status to leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage internal communications, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update documentation archives, SharePoint sites, and internal portals.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits coordination and local documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in operational and administrative topics, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Non - technical Project management knowledge/experience
  • Bachelor diploma.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of accounting, procurement, and logistics processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with event planning and internal communications.
  • Knowledge of Romanian labor and finance regulations.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and internal process improvements.

The Software and AI (SAI) Team drives customer value by enabling differentiated experiences through leadership AI technologies and foundational software stacks, products, and services. The group is responsible for developing the holistic strategy for client and data center software in collaboration with OSVs, ISVs, developers, partners and OEMs. The group delivers specialized NPU IP to enable the AI PC and GPU IP to support all of Intel's market segments. The group also has HW and SW engineering experts responsible for delivering IP, SOCs, runtimes, and platforms to support the CPU and GPU/accelerator roadmap, inclusive of integrated and discrete graphics.
