•    Collaborate with newsroom and engineering leadership to plan and execute operating and capital budgets.
•    Maintain strong internal communication and a collaborative culture built on innovation, integrity, and impact.
•    Serve as a thought leader for new technology adoption and workflow improvements that enhance storytelling and efficiency.

Requirements:

•    Strong understanding of broadcast and digital workflows, including bonded-cell technology, live truck operations, and non-linear editing systems.
•    Proven success in newsroom scheduling, resource management, and editorial collaboration.
•    Strong journalistic and storytelling instincts, with an eye for visual excellence and field execution.
•    Experience leading and motivating creative, technical teams with a solutions-driven mindset.
•    Working knowledge of ENG/EFP camera systems, file-based workflows, and live transmission infrastructure.
•    Experience managing budgets, vendors, and capital projects.
•    Excellent organizational and communication skills; calm under pressure and decisive during breaking coverage.
•    A forward-looking leader who embraces innovation in AI, technology, and newsroom transformation.
