New Equipment Attachment Specialist

Ziegler CAT has an opening for an Attachment Specialist who will be responsible for New Equipment attachments. This position will work with multiple vendors, coordinating the delivery, inventory, installation, and billing of attachments, serve as a resource for coordinators or sales reps on technical issues, help with invoicing work orders and sales/leases/rentals of attachments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain relationships with vendors
• Order, monitor, and maintain all attachment inventory
• Provide administrative support to sales/coordination personnel regarding technical questions
• Coordinate and perform physical inventory counts of on-hand inventory
• Validate and approve all supplier invoices for payment
• Establish and manage processes supporting the accuracy and reporting of inventory information
• Provide administrative support to sales personnel regarding technical questions; answering phones from salespersons, vendors and following up appropriately


Qualifications:


• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 yr College degree preferred
• 5+ years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
• Personal Attributes: Planning/organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to problem solve and reason, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, teamwork
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Mechanical aptitude and multitude of knowledge in the heavy equipment industry

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing,

  • Working Conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level is moderate.

The pay range for this position is

$30.36 to $36.42

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
