Job Description

Rockwell's new capacity pursuit team is on a mission to create simple solutions to our clients' most complex problems. We're trying to find an experienced analyst to help guide us in that quest. As a member of the Americas Lighthouse team, you will focus on feeding the right team members the right information at the right time by analyzing industry research, government data, business intelligence, and our databases to identify opportunities for Rockwell.

You will be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy, solutions, and capabilities. From Day 1, you will have an impact on the effectiveness of our daily operations and a lasting influence on our growth.

You will report to the Director, Global New Capacity and work based in Singapore office.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will Interpret data using research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • You will evelop and implement data analyses, using collection systems and other strategies that improve statistical efficiency and quality
  • You will Prepare operational results for use by multiple important partners, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
  • You will Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, manipulating, and exporting data) from project requirements documentation to design and execution
  • Evaluate measurements, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • You will have Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
  • You will have 5+ years of experience Interpreting data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • You will have 5+ years of experience managing budgets.
  • Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SPSS, SAS, Excel)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a creative approach to business planning
