VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician for our Neurology Department!

Schedule: Full-Time position, with 3 x 12 hour weekday and the opportunity to join our on-call rotation—training included. Bonuses apply for on-call!
Our Technicians are exposed to a diverse and stimulating caseload. Technical skills are sharpened, and new techniques are learned every day. As a Registered Veterinary Technician in our Neurology department, you will:
  • Assist in Advanced Diagnostic Procedures: Work alongside our board-certified neurologists to perform MRI, CT scans, electrodiagnostics, and other advanced diagnostic procedures.
  • Patient Care and Monitoring: Provide exceptional care to our neurological patients, including pre- and post-operative care, administering medications, and monitoring anesthesia.
  • Client Communication: Educate and support pet owners, providing them with detailed information about their pet's condition, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Continuing Education: Stay at the forefront of veterinary neurology by participating in ongoing education and training opportunities
