You will be a part of the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Chief Technology Office (CTO) within the Network Security team.
As Network Security Lead Engineer, you would be driving the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network security solutions. This role requires deep expertise in both physical firewall infrastructure and host-based firewall products, as well as hands-on experience in network segmentation and segregation strategies. You will also have a strong understanding of external regulatory compliance requirements and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and infrastructure teams for security remediation of critical audit findings.

Your key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage firewall policies across physical and host-based platforms
- Lead initiatives for network segmentation and segregation to enhance security posture and reduce attack surface
- Ensure compliance with external regulatory standards (e.g., DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) through secure network architecture and controls
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to align network security with business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain documentation for firewall rules, segmentation policies, and compliance mappings
- Participate in audits and assessments, providing evidence and explanations for network security controls
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience in network security engineering, with a focus on firewall management and segmentation
- Strong hands-on experience with host-based firewalls (e.g., Windows Firewall, Illumio, Guardicore)
- Proven track record in implementing network segmentation and segregation in complex environments
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and their impact on network security
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams
