How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
2. You will be demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
3. You will be maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
4. You will be proving a high-level comprehension of the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
5. An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: Work is closely supervised, Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex and Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
6. You will be supporting 18-month customized rotation, comprehensive capability development: 6 months × 3 rotations, will cover core operational roles including production line management, industrial engineering, production planning, material procurement, warehouse management, internal logistics, and equipment management. Gain full mastery of the high-pressure business operation process and build a systematic operational management knowledge framework.
7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IE, Automation, Mechanical Engineering and related majors from 985/211 universities.
2. Required with maximum 3 years working experience., mandatory into production line management and optional into IE, Planning, Inventory Management, etc.
3. Good learning agility and adaptability.
4. Open-minded, willing to embrace changes and challenges.
5. 3 Assignments in 2+ factories within Operations functions.
