Creative work may include digital media content development, design research, project coordination, and meaningful collaboration across a wide variety of disciplines. Common projects will be geared toward customer-facing collateral, marketing and sales enablement content, infographics, and assorted internal graphics. The ideal candidate has a passion for creative problem solving coupled with business acumen. The ability to contribute ideas and execute the ideas of others quickly and competently is key. We’re looking for a multifaceted, highly collaborative designer to maintain the established brand and aesthetic while continuing to push the envelope in the fintech space.
The ability to prioritize work on complex, public-facing projects while simultaneously completing projects with overlapping timelines is a must.
Responsibilities
- Produce original concept designs as well as execute upon the concepts.
- Design product marketing collateral based on new releases, product features and product vision.
- Collaborate with senior team members to execute branding, signage, wayfinding, and set pieces for our annual user conference, as applicable.
- Independently manage projects with precision and understanding of business processes while meeting deadlines and expectations
- Work with, understand, and help develop content for different departments outside of Marketing including Sales, Customer Success, Product Development and Professional Services
- Continuously review and refresh existing content, updating as needed.
- May develop external facing presentations and content for executive- and VP- level team members
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in a video and/or digital media role in independent and business settings or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or outstanding performance.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily leveraging Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator for content creation
- The ability to manage project templates to turn around recurring internal content quickly
- Knowledge of cloud-based file sharing workflows, utilizing programs like Creative Cloud, StudioBinder, and Slack for resource management, team collaboration and pre-production document generation
- Ability to creatively contribute to a team environment and work effectively independently
- Excited by the prospect of helping grow a creative team, contribute to a collaborative culture, and establish best practices among peers
- Ability to take a project from conceptualization to completion
- A resourceful self-starter, who is looking to have a direct impact on a growing technology company & exceed metrics and goals
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital arts, Graphic Design or Film
- Marketing experience and/or a previous role in a digital media company
- Strong time management, project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Proven portfolio of graphic work in both business and non-business context
