As a Monogramming and Digital Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for fulfilling all internet orders for personalisation embroidery, ensuring a 3–4 day turnaround on all products. You will complete customer orders to the highest quality standards while maintaining production efficiency and supporting the wider team as needed.
This role is a 3 month contract to cover our Christmas peak.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Take ownership of all internet orders for personalisation embroidery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment. Proactively manage workload priorities to meet turnaround targets.
· Operate embroidery equipment and machinery safely and responsibly, in line with Health & Safety policies.
· Follow instructions and monitor work practices to ensure all personalisation meets agreed specifications.
· Maintain continuous production and adhere to quality procedures, following company guidelines.
· Accurately scan work in and out of the appropriate areas.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
· Be open to training and development in all skills required for the role.
· Support other areas of the department and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
· Control stock levels of materials and equipment required for production.
· Liaise with internal and external customers via email in a professional manner.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including direct communication with the monogramming machine manufacturer when necessary.

The embroidery machine used in this role can cause strong electromagnetic interference and may not be suitable for candidates with a pacemaker fitted.
