Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Generative AI & LLM Development:

  • Build and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
  • Develop agentic AI solutions using LangChain and AWS Bedrock/Foundational Models.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Integrate vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for semantic search and knowledge base management.

Model Training & MLOps:

  • Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models on AWS SageMaker, including pipeline automation.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Data Engineering to ensure scalable deployment and data readiness.

Integration & Communication:

  • Work closely with product and backend teams to integrate AI features into core applications.
  • Communicate model decisions, limitations, and performance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay current with LLM advancements, foundation models, and emerging frameworks.
  • Mentorship & Strategic Advisory: Mentor junior AI/ML resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Communicate AI/ML strategies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
