MLOps Engineer, Agentic Workflows

As an MLOps Engineer, Agentic Workflows, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. We need an MLOps Engineer to design and maintain pipelines for agentic AI workflows, ensuring robust model deployment, monitoring, and retraining capabilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Build and manage ML pipelines in Databricks for model deployment and monitoring.  

• Implement automated retraining workflows based on performance metrics.  

• Integrate pipelines with agentic AI applications for seamless updates.  

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.  

• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize models.  

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve 

• Strong experience with Databricks, MLflow, and CI/CD for ML.  

• Knowledge of agentic AI workflows and orchestration.  

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing.  

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization.  

• Understanding of GitHub Actions and DevOps principles for ML pipelines.  

• Experience with Hugging Face, BERT, and transformer-based models.  

• Preferred Certifications: Databricks Certified Data Engineer or ML Professional.

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information   

The salary range* for this position is $82,300.00 - 109,700.00 - 137,000.00$ CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
