Lead the programmatic/technical customer interchanges:
Manage contractual deliverables from contract signing through to successful payload delivery to orbit
Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, including reporting, leading reviews, scope negotiation, and operations planning
Create the Contractual Interface Control Documentation (ICD) and generate requirements for payload-to-launch vehicle interfaces
Lead, perform, and drive requirements verification and validation activities
Work across engineering teams on mission design, schedule, and requirements:
Oversee hands-on payload activities
Develop operations plans and products for successful mission operations
Proactively strive to create a smooth and streamlined mission integration process
Be a mentor to mission design engineers
Qualification Checklist
Degree in engineering or an equivalent from a European university
At least 5 years of experience in a related field such as systems engineering, mission analysis
More than 2 years experience in Mission Management, Mission Integration, or Technical Program/Project Management
Expertise in the environment (coupled analyses between Spacecraft and Launch Vehicle)
Background and expertise in launch campaigns and operations
