About the Role

Do you ever wonder why things are the way they are? Do you have the drive to identify patterns and translate those insights into powerful business improvement strategies?

You have an exciting opportunity as an experienced Mining Data Analyst to join our team, supporting Alcoa's Bauxite Mines at Huntly and Willowdale in Western Australia. In this role, your primary focus is to ensure that operational data is delivered in a way that provides insights into operational performance, enabling data-driven decisions.

Working directly with the technical services, information technology and operations teams you will be continuing to develop quality control and assurance practices of our production monitoring systems. This will require diving into the fundamental philosophies of how the production monitoring systems record data and the standard practices the site use to ensure operator and machine compliance.
