As a technical game designer in our team, you will be responsible for forging and assembling all aspects of the player’s experience for an upcoming ambitious mobile project. You will be responsible for setting up scenes, visual scripting, and content implementation using custom Unity3D-based tools.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in premium hardcore games (PC, console)
• Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame
• Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner
• Passion for making and playing games
• Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher including verbal

 

Responsibilities:

• Creating concept documents and game design documents, working with R&D team on client proposals
• Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement
• Game balancing
• Ideation, feature design
• Communicating with clients
• Playtesting and design debugging
• Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality

 

Good to have:

• Mathematics / combinatorics background
• Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4
• Experience in level design
• Copywriting skills
