Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking  Procurement Agents to support the Major Suppliers and Strategic Contracting Team in Oklahoma City, OK; Hazelwood, MO; Berkely, MO; Mesa, AZ; Everett, WA; Dallas, TX or Tukwila, WA!

Position Responsibilities:  

• Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

•  Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

• Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

•  Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

•  Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

•  Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

•  Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management

• More than 3 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

• More than 3 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services

• Must be willing/able to travel up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• More than 5 years of experience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)

• More than 5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer

• More than 5 years of experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contracts

                Senior (Level 4): $101,150 - $124,950

Hazelwood, MO; Berkely, MO; Mesa, AZ

Mid-Level (Level 3): $85,000-$105,000

Senior (Level 4): $108,800-$134,400

Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA; Dallas, TX

                Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,950 - $112,350

                Senior (Level 4): $116,450 - $143,850
