As part of the Microsoft Alliance team you will lead the strategic direction and execution of impactful initiatives that drive worth across various sectors. As a Director you will set the vision for the Microsoft Alliance, fostering significant relationships and guiding business development efforts to enhance client satisfaction and growth opportunities. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in alliance management, relationship management with a track record of driving demand generation and leading successful programs

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
