THE JOB:
At Michelob ULTRA Arena, being an Audio and Visual Technician means you’re not just setting up equipment - you’re setting the vibe. You’ll handle the setup and operation of audio gear while helping create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests. With your welcoming smile, great service, and ability to understand each guest’s unique story and needs, you’ll own their experience and help create the WOW moments they’ll remember long after the show is over!
THE STARTING RATE: $34.80 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Excellent customer service, determining customer needs and offering solutions
- Assist clients in usage of A/V equipment and operating A/V equipment for client meetings and events
- Set and strike audio, video, lighting, and internet equipment for clients
- Maintain rental equipment, ensuring care during transportation, handling, and storage of heavy equipment and tools
- Operate scissor lift to transport and set up/strike equipment
- Calculate electrical draw for A/V equipment
- Work with high amperage/voltage electricity
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of Experience in A/V, production, theatrical, or related fields
- Must be a strong writer with excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
