渠道管理职责：
能敏锐搜集行业政策、市场信息、商业动态，及时向公司提供包括相关领域的政策、招标等信息数据，为公司制定对区域业务发展有价值的方案 ；
评估，筛选和管理区域的经销商，建立符合公司整体策略和区域发展的经销网络，通过渠道管理来帮助公司；
与区域内的客户进行商业谈判，建立可持续发展的业务伙伴关系；同时能够准确预估及判断，基于政策、金融等因素所引起的潜在风险，制定相应的可执行应对方案；
完善区域商业客户销售网络，并与商业客户建立良好的合作关系，提供准确的分析报告，向经销商提出经营方面的合理化建议；将公司的信息和政策准确的传递给区域经销商；
运用经销商资源和网络，配合销售团队开发新市场和新客户，为进一步提升in-market的业务增长提供帮助；
和辖区内的客户合作，帮助公司在招标、二次议价、GPO等市场准入环节提供有力支持；
和公司内部的各部门（包括财务、供应链以及合规等）进行良好的沟通与合作，提供准确的市场预测，确保与客户的合作中保持渠道通畅，供应充足，合法合规。
经销商管理职责：
负责商业客户档案、销售合同、协议的签订及管理；经销商资质的管理和维护、更新；
签订年度经销商协议及授权区域的管理；
定期召开商务、医药代表、经销商的三方沟通会议，进行市场销售分析、制定推广策略和实施跟进；
经销商合规培训；
组织相关部门对经销商进行产品知识培训，使经销商更好的认识理解产品，提高其对公司产品的认同感、推广能力；
跟进日常的订单和回款，降低应收账款风险，推动经销商达成区域内季度/年度商业指标和回款指标；
每月督促经销商完成采购预测、订单、销量上报和库存盘点；保证经销商的合理库存，协调医院和终端的供货；
跟进代理商上报的产品破损投诉流程，完成产品赔付落实；
任职资质
大学本科以上学历，医学、药学、经济管理或市场营销等相关专业；
3年以上的医药/医疗器械或商务背景，具有一定的招标经验；
熟悉地区商业公司运作情况，外资公司和医药商业公司相关商务工作经验者优先考虑；
有责任感，工作认真仔细，沟通能力强，做事有条理，思路清晰敏捷，公司内部横向、纵向各部门之间的沟通、协调能力，有一定的数字分析能力，优秀的团队合作精神
优秀的语言表达和沟通能力，较强的逻辑思维及数据分析能力；
具备基本的英文听说读写能力，熟练使用Office办公软件；
