Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Manage and support MES operations to ensure system stability, availability, and performance on the shop floor.
• Ensure seamless integration and data interface between MES, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and PLC / automation equipment.
• Develop, configure, and maintain shop-floor applications and MES functions in line with production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related production system issues to minimize downtime and operational impact.
• Coordinate closely with IT, automation, and production teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure manufacturing data accuracy, integrity, and real-time visibility to support operational decision-making.
• Support digitalization and smart manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, traceability, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain system documentation, change management records, and support internal and external audits as required.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in MES implementation, operation, or support within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MES–ERP integration and shop-floor system architecture, including PLC and automation interfaces.
• Experience in system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production flows, and data traceability requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
