Summary: The Change Management Consultant for Tulip MES will lead change management activities for the implementation of Tulip MES projects, ensuring the successful adoption of new digital processes and systems. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication to support project objectives. The consultant will facilitate training, manage organizational impacts, and support teams through transition phases to maximize user acceptance and minimize disruption.
