Overview of the Job:
The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts, as well as product sell-in to retailers. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth.
Focus on Sportswear Footwear.

Account sales / Sell-in & Sell-through
Job Responsibility:
Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way.
Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc.
Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.
Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.
Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.
Coordinate cross Sport assigned project process and deliverables.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
GC Consumer and marketplace knowledge
Merchandising / buying experience in retail industry
Fluent in English
Retail and financial acumen
