As the Merchandising Specialist you will be an individual contributor and report to Senior Merchandising Manager. You will contribute in supporting client's merchandising goals for their online shopping experience. You will help grow sales and increase conversion through the optimization of promotions, product merchandising, onsite search, navigation, cross-sells, upsells, and other merchandising opportunities.

Job Location: This is a remote position. You will required to work west coast (pacific time) hours.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage the presentation of the online assortment, including product information, category information and website merchandising
  • You will maintain site navigation, including creating and removing categories based on merchandising and marketing strategies, merchant reporting and web analytics
  • You will implement approved merchandising promotions
  • You will monitor and review promotions for improvements
  • You will review onsite search behavior to gain an understating of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to promote conversion
  • You will propose and monitor AB tests
  • You will understand the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and the merchandising capabilities; mine for new merchandising opportunities using content management functionality
  • You will analyze sales and web metrics to make recommendations to clients about products and categories, web marketing and promotions
  • You will request/create reports to support a better understanding of online sales
  • You will monitor product recommendations for relevance; manage increased exposure or suppression of products

Required Experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
  • 2+ years of merchandising experience in an e-commerce organization
  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising or Digital Marketing or commensurate experience

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
