The PLM Admin must multi-task and prioritize effectively while executing various tasks to support the administrative needs of the Flex PLM Systems team. This role interacts with other teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, ensures accuracy and completeness of data, and communicates issues and announcements as they arise. The PLM Admin supports the maintenance of the PLM support daily issues and maintains and develops efficient and accurate tracking & reporting for the team as needed. This role is also responsible for educating other teams (including all internal US and global QVC & HSN users as well as external vendors) to ensure future requests are received with clear and accurate information.
