What You’ll Do

We are expanding team at our site in Delft, Netherlands. As part of this small, agile team, you’ll contribute across the product lifecycle—from cleanroom prototyping and module design to test development, process scaling, and supplier coordination. Depending on your strengths, you may focus more on developing test setups and automation or on shaping robust operational workflows.

You’ll help define how the team grows, taking ownership of future tasks directly or through leadership. The role is broad and multidisciplinary, and we welcome candidates whose expertise aligns with part of the scope.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prototype MEMS modules in a cleanroom environment
  • Contribute to module design and iteration
  • Develop and automate test setups
  • Translate R&D into scalable production processes
  • Oversee module assembly and supplier coordination
  • Support lab operations and equipment maintenance
  • Contribute to yield improvement and root-cause analysis
  • Assist with quality systems and documentation

What You’ll need:

  • Degree in Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • Experience with MEMS, cleanroom processes, and testing
  • Familiarity with process control; quality experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Comfortable in a flexible, evolving environment
