We're seeking additional Licensed Health Insurance agents for our rapidly growing team. You will help in the education, comparison, plan selection and enrollment process of our clients and their families. Your day will be spent on both inbound and outbound phone calls. This role is performed in office and is only for motivated sales individuals.

The Role

Candidate Qualifications

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to commute and work in our Tampa office location
  • Active health insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliability
  • Clean work history and ability to pass a background check
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Task and goal oriented mindset
  • Ability to meet or exceed established sales and performance standards
  • Ability to pass annual certifications such as AHIP or FFM
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products after training
  • Experience with inbound and outbound phone sales preferred
  • Posses ability to complete difficult assignments without supervision, sound business judgment, strong decision-making, and superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients
  • 1 yr+ of Medicare or ACA sales preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
