FanDuel is currently looking for a Senior Associate to help support the Paid Search operations within our Digital Media team, primarily for the Online Sportsbook category. You will play a key role in executing our Paid Search strategy to acquire new customers efficiently and effectively in a competitive market. This role will collaborate with multiple marketing teams within FanDuel including, but not limited to, Acquisition & Investment, Integrated Campaign Marketing, Creative Operations, Media Operations, Commercial, Analytics, and Data Science. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate new user acquisition marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support the day-to-day execution and optimization of various Paid Search campaigns across the FanDuel Group business lines
  • Generate inputs and insights for interval reporting such as daily and weekly performance, competitive landscape, creative and various project updates
  • Work cross-functionally with Analytics, Media Ops, Integrated Campaign Marketing and Acquisition teams on campaign development and execution
  • Work with Manager to oversee the successful implementation and quality assurance of campaigns
  • Coordinate with external partners on day-to-day needs and deliverable management
  • Make recommendations based on data and channel and market expertise to improve channel performance
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, reconciliations, and partner authorizations
  • Facilitate ad-hoc requests as needed
  • Opportunity to mentor junior members within the Media Team in the future as the team grows

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing and executing Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Apple Search Ads). App experience preferred.
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPC, CTR, CPI, CPA, & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Strong understanding of marketing, testing, and reporting methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of the Media landscape, specifically Paid Search
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred
  • Advanced excel skills preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
