This role sits as part of the ‘Culture team’ in Arena, with clients ranging from Dr. Martens, UKTV, Red Bull, Therabody and more. These clients provide the right candidate an introduction to the UK media market and some opportunity to explore media planning and buying internationally too.
This is one of the most central roles in the agency – the face of Havas to the client. The Media Client Services team are at the heart of everything we do. We are the first port of call and main liaison for our clients. We work with clients on day-to-day media planning and buying work, bigger projects, and also help build a pipeline of work for the agency by spotting opportunities for growth within client’s businesses. We work as an extension of their marketing teams, taking their business challenges and turning them into great media and creative strategies. We work with all the different teams and departments in the company as well as other agencies in their roster to bring campaigns to life.
You will be part of our busy client services team providing support to the rest of the team across a range of activities. This will include supporting projects from inception to delivery, conducting research, attending team and client meetings, compiling status and contact reports, financial tracking of projects and working with other departments to support the development of media campaigns and creative work.

We work in a hybrid working model – in office and remotely
Office Location: 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG
This is a ‘hybrid’ role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the work tasks on any given week. However, Platformers should expect to be in the office up to 100% of the time, if required.
