The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mississauga location in the Point of Care, Diagnostics division. We’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.
Our Point of Care diagnostic portfolio spans key health and therapeutic areas, including infectious disease, cardiometabolic, informatics and toxicology. Under the supervision of the Commercial team, the Sales and Marketing Associate (MA) Co-Op supports the iStat product on many tactical aspects of the business. The MA focus is to deliver on short term on-going programs and the new product launch plan by ensuring that all key steps of the projects are completed. The MA will participate in new product introductions by supporting the Sales and Marketing team on planning and implementation of key programs.
What You’ll Do
Support the marketing team in the implementation and measurement of tactics as defined in the Marketing plan.
Responds to queries/info needs from marketing teams and other customers.
Track, follow, deliver on key marketing projects and make sure that they are delivered on time.
Assist the Marketing Manager in the Coordination of campaign and KPI activities with the sales force in a timely manner.
Provide update on marketing projects development and interact with key internal and external partners to ensure that everything is on track
Provide some sales support activities to pull together marketing asset packages.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in a university program and currently in the process of completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
