As a Master Trades Professional, a typical day might include the following:
Owning relationships with assigned foremen and/or other trade professionals to efficiently complete projects and work orders.
Planning and managing projects from conception to completion, maintaining accurate records, and serving as the subject matter expert on equipment used in the installation, repair, and maintenance of building systems.
Reading technical diagrams and blueprints, ensuring that completed work meets the desired end state, and completing red-line drawings for necessary changes during construction.
Responding to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
Following and promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities.
Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
This job might be for you if you:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess a WA Limited Energy System (O6) license, Journeyman's license or equivalent license for the state in which you will work.
Can read, understand, follow, and strictly enforce safety procedures.
Can work various shifts, hours, and days depending on workload.
Have a valid Driver’s License
Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Are able to work cooperatively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
10 years of experience in licensed trade
Physical Requirements
Lift and maneuver 40 pounds frequently
Pull weight from high/low shelves
Ability to safely ascend and descend ladders

Pay Range
Master Trades Professional, $36.56 - $54.02 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
