We’re looking for a Master Data Maintenance Specialist to join us at Telia.

I am Seira Jeruševičienė, and I am currently looking for a Master Data Maintenance Specialist to join my team based in Vilnius. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working with data and handling supplier and/or customer inquiries! In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across an entire organization according to company rules.

What you’ll do:

• Handle data entry, maintenance, and investigation of related issues in SAP ERP.
• Manage Master Data internal requests through ServiceNow.
• Support business controllers with various Master Data queries.
• Contribute to change and improvement initiatives or projects.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Educate stakeholders as needed on Master Data processes.
• Report progress and escalate any issues or challenges when necessary.

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is service-minded, detail-oriented with strong communication, collaboration, and self-leadership skills. Additionally, the suitable candidate is proactive, solution-oriented and has a strong sense of responsibility.

• Solid English language skills (written and spoken).
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Experience in Master Data or Finance business support, preferably in an international company is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is considered an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – 1720-2100Eur (gross) + annual bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
