Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate to join us as a Market Supports Analyst in the Securities Lending Operations Team. The team offers support to the Stock Loan, Equity Financing and Prime Brokerage trading desks.

This is a dynamic area to work in and requires the successful candidate to be able to deal with ever-changing business demands and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritisation and reporting of high value CSDR penalties which requires collaboration and co-ordination across many teams (Business and Ops)

What we are looking for:

  • Prior industry experience in Securities Lending
  • Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate deliverables to a senior stakeholder
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Good numerical and computer skills
  • Flexible in attitude and approach
  • Collaborative candidate with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
