Overall Responsibility:
Responsible for Exhibition and Visitor Promotion, development of promotional materials, media barters,PR and marketing initiatives for assigned exhibitions and events.
Scope of Responsibility:
1. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Project Directors, and Project Managers to develop exhibitor and visitor promotion strategies as well as plans for assigned projects.
2. Work closely with show teams to achieve exhibitor and visitor attendance targets.
3. Supervise and ensure the timely and professional completion of show materials (content/design/layout), including brochures, invitations, regular newsletters, guides/directories, welcome messages, posters, and video clips.
4. Ensure all marketing administration tasks are carried out as directed by the Marketing Manager.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media and associations.
6. Conduct visitor research by planning, executing, and analyzing surveys, and provide actionable insights through reporting.
7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels by collecting and analyzing performance data.
Qualifications:
1. Strong ability to build relationships with vendors, customers, and global colleagues.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing communications role.
3. Good written and spoken English skills.
4. Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
5. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated.
Preferences:
1. Experience in exhibition or event management.
2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms.
3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
