JOB SUMMARY
The position will support the strategic and operational marketing of HPV Vaccine in the Healthcare Professional (HCP) channel, driving awareness, recommendation, and vaccination uptake across Indonesia.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and data-driven marketer passionate about healthcare and eager to bridge science with marketing excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
Support the development and execution of HCP marketing plans in alignment with brand strategy and annual business objectives.
Assist in identifying key HCP segments (e.g., ObGyns, GPs, Dermato-Venereologists) and tailor engagement strategies accordingly.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure integrated planning and flawless implementation.
Contribute insights for brand performance reviews, competitive monitoring, and opportunity mapping.
HCP Engagement & Campaign Execution
Manage and execute HCP marketing activities — including symposiums, hospital events, educational programs, and hybrid/digital engagements.
Coordinate the development of detailing materials, digital content, and educational tools ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
Work closely with the sales team to drive recommendation and conversion at the account level through targeted initiatives.
Content & Material Management
Ensure all promotional and educational materials are aligned with global/regional direction and adapted for local needs.
Manage content localization and translation processes to support timely deployment.
Performance Tracking & Analysis
Monitor leading and lagging indicators (awareness, recommendation rate, sales performance, MCCP coverage, event reach, etc.).
Analyze HCP feedback and event outcomes to refine tactics and improve ROI.
Support business reporting and dashboard tracking to guide future planning.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with regional and global teams to leverage campaign assets while adapting to local needs.
Bring new ideas to strengthen disease awareness, medical education, and engagement across digital and on-ground platforms.
Support the ongoing transformation of HPV marketing into data-driven, insight-based, and digitally enabled operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Marketing/Business; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of marketing or product management experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong project-management and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced, and matrix environments.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Digitally savvy; proficiency in using digital tools is a strong plus.
