Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Engagement Intern to join our marketing team for the summer of 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, social media management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and contribute to our brand’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media content.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with L.L.Bean’s products and values is a plus.
Experience in videography and photography is a plus.
