Marketing Operations Manager, Translation & Reporting

Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling operational excellence across the global marketing organization. The role leads, implements and executes all language production projects for translation and localization of assets created and developed by NB headquarter.  They work in close collaboration with all content creators of global assets as well as with all relevant local functions in Nobel Biocare subsidiary offices. The role also supports maintaining consistent reporting, dashboards, and lead-generating procedures. The ideal candidate will streamline and improve processes, translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Global Translation & Localization Management

  • Manage all global translation and localization projects for all channels.

  • Facilitate demand planning for translation/localization and creation and execution of respective rollout plans.

  • Ensure high quality translations from preferred and contracted LSP and conduct regular business reviews.

  • Manage supplier pool and contacts (incl. supporting procurement department during contracting).

  • Ensure that all translated assets are reviewed and approved according to respective SOP.

Marketing Performance & Reporting

  • Establish consistent reporting frameworks across marketing functions to drive transparency and alignment.

  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and lead generation metrics.

  • Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution across systems.

Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs for regional teams on translation & CRM best practices.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for marketing systems, processes, and reporting standards.

  • Advanced Excel and analytics skills is a plus

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Operations, Analytics or related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, and/or localization management.

  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

  • Healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading process improvement initiatives.

  • Proven track record of improving marketing performance through data, technology, and process optimization.

  • Understanding of measurement and reporting frameworks.
