Job Summary
This role demonstrates an advanced knowledge of project management, program management, marketing NPI process and HP end-to-end systems. The role involves developing and maintaining a rigorous project management framework to track asset development for all Print BU Marketing Teams. The role involves leading cross-functional operational NPI improvement flow on behalf of our team with Print, and systems. The role also includes collaborating with marketing partners, HP Studios and agency partners on tracking budgets, and collaborating on quarterly and annual planning.
Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains a robust, accurate and detailed project management flow to track all assets developed for Print and coordinated with the OneHP lead.
• Brings a good understanding of marketing asset development to help manage challenges in the asset development flow.
• Leads all Print operational NPI conversation with other business groups and teams to represent NPI marketing in solutions development processes
• Be an SME on new HP systems flow (e.g. Workfront, DAM, etc.)
• Own and maintain NPI budgets, working with all budget owners and suppliers as needed
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, while also being an exceptional, diplomatic communicator good at influencing without title authority
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing or marketing operations
